Convert PDF inventory exports to CSV for scripts

Ingesting partner PDFs into planning systems should end with a file people can open on any device without extra software. The failure mode is almost never “we forgot a page”—it is inconsistent order, mixed page sizes, or attachments that balloon past email limits.
